Roundup, A product to Boycott

Boycott Roundup, and We Break Monsanto's Back.

So Roundup is a great product. Everyone has heard of Roundup, right? You've probably got some in your garage, or out in your shed, or maybe you just keep it outside somewhere, tucked away, but within sight of your flower garden. Here on hubpages, we are supposed to promote, and write about great products, like Roundup. That's exactly what I'm doing now, writing about an awesome product, that works very well. This product works so well, in fact, that it is the very lifeblood of one of the most vile, evil corporations that, in fact, is destroying our beautiful planet Earth. If you and I would simply STOP buying, and using Roundup, then the corporation that, perhaps, is even more hated across the globe than Haliburton. . .will simply die.
Earlier today, I told my Mother about my newfound knowledge that Roundup, was what kept the scourge known as Monsanto in business. I also told her that Roundup causes birth defects. My mother rejected that notion, she said,
"It's just salt."
But roundup is NOT just salt, Roundup is blood, it's the blood of the poor farmers in India who killed themselves in the symbolic manner, they drank Monsanto Pesticides to end their miserable, defeated, and ruined lives. Lives ruined by Monsanto, and their traditions that defy the very nature of farming, and laws that predate mankind's written history-Monsanto doesn't let the people who buy their overpriced, genetically modified, and dangerous products even keep the seeds produced from their dangerous, genetically modified filth, and this is the how, and the why concerning the suicides of the exceedingly poor, illiterate, abused farmers in India.
What else about Monsanto? The former CEO of the company that produced the toxic gas used to kill the European Ashkenazi, the people who became known as "Jews," that man who provided Hitler with Zyclon B gas for the death camps, he wasn't sentenced to death, oh no-he was let go after a short time in prison. He then famously said, and I paraphrase, "well, that didn't work out! But whoever controls the world's food supply controls the world!"
This is the goal of Monsanto, to control the world by controlling the world's food supply-and the only thing that keeps them in business is Roundup weed killer. How silly we will all look in the future should we allow this to happen. The progeny of the twisted Rockefeller and Rothschild clans will sit, drink wine, and laugh at the idiots that allowed them, and their multi-national corporations to rule the world. . . .. because we kept buying Roundup, the most successful chemical ever sold.
I think that should one study the similarities between the Nazi IG Farben, and Monsanto, that the student will increasingly find amazing similarities between the two.  The Former Nazi Criminal, the Leader of IG Farben, the company that made the death gas, Zyclon B-he was the man who created the ideas that now have become international law with the  Codex Alimentarius.  Do you know about the Codex?  You damn sure should.  The Codex Alimentarius is a set of business rules for foods, but your health and business practices are a very big conflict of interest.  Please take the time to research the Codex Alimentarious, break every single law associated with it-it was designed to rule, manipulate, and oppress YOU, the consumer of foods.  Population reduction is another well known, and even stated goal of globalist elites such as David Rockefeller, and David De Rothschild.  But please do not take my word for any of this, research it for your own self, and for your own good.
What keeps Monsanto healthy is Roundup, a chemical herbicide developed more than two decades ago. It is the best-selling agricultural chemical product ever, with $2.8 billion in sales last year; it outsells other chemicals five to one.
"The growth of Roundup, which accounts for about half of Monsanto's revenue, is the primary reason that the company reported a solid profit in the second quarter, despite the resistance overseas to bioengineered crops and a depressed agriculture economy that has battered other companies. "
When one considers the many, too many to name, unethical practices and human tragedies associated directly, and indirectly to the corporation known as Monsanto, who among you can continue to use and buy this product?

AS IF matters could be worse, roundup, the heart of Monsanto has been linked to birth defects

Everybody’s favorite genetically modified seed and biotech companyMonsanto, has yet again proven their lovability. The world’s poster child for corporate manipulation and deceit1 was the focus of a new study looking at their top-selling product, Roundup herbicides.
The study was conducted by Professor Andres Carrasco and an international team of scientists and researchers at the Laboratorio de Embriolagia Molecular at the University of Buenos Aires and was published by the American Chemical Society in August.2 It focused on glyphosate, the prime ingredient of Roundup and the most widely-used broad spectrum herbicide in use worldwide. Glyphosate-based herbicides (GBH) are also the focus of most of Monsanto’s herbicide-tolerant (HT-ready) genetically modified seeds (GM or GMO).

More Monsanto Sins.

Monsanto is responsible for more than 50 United States Environmental Protection Agency‎ Superfund sites, attempts to clean up MonsantoChemical's formerly uncontrolled hazardous waste sites.[24]
It was sued, along with Dow and other chemical companies by veterans for the side effects of its Agent Orange defoliant, used by the US military in the Vietnam War.[46]
Between 1965 and 1972, Monsanto paid contractors to illegally dump thousands of tons of highly toxic waste in UK landfill sites, knowing that their chemicals were liable to contaminate wildlife and people. The Environment Agency said the chemicals were found to be polluting groundwater and the atmosphere 30 years after they were dumped.[68]
The Brofiscin quarry, near Cardiff, erupted in 2003, spilling fumes over the surrounding area, but the local community was unaware that the quarry housed toxic waste.
A UK government report shows that 67 chemicals, including Agent Orange derivatives, dioxins and PCBs exclusively made by Monsanto, are leaking from one unlined porous quarry that was not authorized to take chemical wastes. It emerged that the groundwater has been polluted since the 1970s.[69] The government was criticised for failing to publish information about the scale and exact nature of this contamination. According to the Environment Agency it could cost £100m to clean up the site in south Wales, called "one of the most contaminated" in the UK.[70]
Plaintiffs in a pending lawsuit provided documentation showing that the local Monsanto factory knowingly discharged both mercury and PCB-laden waste into local creeks for over 40 years.[41] In a story on 27 January, The New York Times reported that during 1969 alone Monsanto had dumped 45 tons of PCBs into Snow Creek, a feeder for Choccolocco Creek which supplies much of the area's drinking water. The company also buried millions of pounds of PCB in open-pit landfills located on hillsides above the plant and surrounding neighborhoods.[42] In August 2003, Solutia and Monsanto agreed to pay plaintiffs $700 million to settle claims by over 20,000 Anniston residents related to PCB contamination.[43]
How do they get away with it?

Public officials formerly employed by Monsanto
  • Justice Clarence Thomas worked as an attorney for Monsanto in the 1970s. Thomas wrote the majority opinion in the 2001 Supreme Court decision J. E. M. Ag Supply, Inc. v. Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc.|J. E. M. AG SUPPLY, INC. V. PIONEER HI-BREDINTERNATIONAL, INC.[113] which found that "newly developed plant breeds are patentable under the general utility patent laws of the United States." This case benefitted all companies which profit from genetically modified crops, of which Monsanto is one of the largest.[24][114][115]
  • Michael R. Taylor was an assistant to the Food and Drug Administration(FDA) commissioner before he left to work for a law firm on gaining FDA approval of Monsanto’s artificial growth hormone in the 1980s. Taylor then became deputy commissioner of the FDA from 1991 to 1994.[24] Taylor was later re-appointed to the FDA in August 2009 by President Barack Obama.[116]
  • Dr. Michael A. Friedman was a deputy commissioner of the FDA before he was hired as a senior vice president of Monsanto.[24]
  • Linda J. Fisher was an assistant administrator at the United States Environmental Protection Agency‎ (EPA) before she was a vice president at Monsanto from 1995 - 2000. In 2001, Fisher became the deputy administrator of the EPA.[24]
  • Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld was chairman and chief executive officer of G. D. Searle & Co., which Monsanto purchased in 1985. Rumsfeld personally made at least $12 million USD from the transaction.[24]
